THREAD of public evidence that Pornhub profits from & enables the trafficking & rape of women and minors:
1) 15 yr old girl from Florida was trafficked, missing for a year, & found after 58 videos of her rape and abuse were discovered on #Traffickinghub—Pornhub verified her.
2) 14 yr old girl from Palo Alto, California was raped by a relative and the videos of her assault were uploaded to Pornhub. Her abuser was sent to prison.
3) 14 yr old Rose Kalemba was taken at knifepoint, raped for 12 hours & videos of her torture & rape were uploaded to Pornhub. She begged Pornhub for months to remove the videos but they didn’t respond until she posed as a lawyer & threatened legal action. google.com/amp/s/www.bbc.…
4) The Internet Watch Foundation investigated and confirmed 118 cases of child rape and abuse on Pornhub in only 2 years. Half of the cases were Catagory A level abuse consisting of penetration and/or sadism.
5) The Sunday Times investigation found “dozens” of illegal child exploitation videos within “minutes” on Pornhub, even of children as young as three years old.
6) Avri Sapir had videos of her rape and exploitation as a child uploaded to Pornhub
7) 22 women recently won a 13 million dollar lawsuit against Girls Do Porn for the elements of sex trafficking & the US feds issued an indictment for human trafficking, child trafficking, and “child pornography”. GDP was one of Pornhub’s most popular partner channels for years.
8) Justin Lee raped 14 women and was sentenced to prison. The videos of the women’s rapes were reported to have been uploaded to Pornhub who profited from the assaults.
9) Nicole Addimando was recently sentenced to life in prison in NY for killing her abuser who had uploaded videos of sexually assaulting her to Pornhub.
These few examples that have been in recent media are just the tip of the iceberg, however, weekly we have victims of Pornhub coming forward to tell their stories of exploitation, trafficking, rape and abuse on the site.
These examples also don’t include the many instances of revenge porn, illegal spycam recordings, filmed prostitution of vulnerable women, and other non-consensual recordings.
It is critical to note that according to domestic and international law, ANY person under the age of 18 used in a commercial sex act is by definition a victim of trafficking. Every sex act on Pornhub is commercial, therefore every child on Pornhub is a trafficking victim.
How does this happen? Pornhub does not require the verification of age or consent to upload sex acts to the site. In fact, Pornhub will verify anyone with only a photo and a username written on a piece of paper. No government issued ID or consent form needed on #Traffickinghub.
