Overall: is this a “good” movie? Eh. The vitally important event of electrification is too big to be a “good” movie. It succeeds partly bc there were some interpersonal beefs at play, but you never have the urgency, tension, and hero that we expect.
I actually think it’s good they didn’t overplay the hero narrative enough to get it there. Doesn’t make the process less important. And, good reminder that while work is accretive — some infra decisions matter forever.
Pleasure watching with you!
