USA-167 [27691, 2003-008A] also known as DSCS-III-A3's X-band beacon on 7604.6MHz.

Here's a short video of the USA-167 beacons. The outside two signals appear to have a little over a minute cycle to them. The centre signal does not strongly reveal a cycle.

Looking up and down the military X-band from 7200-7500MHz, I noted seven ~3MHz wide transponders/signals from USA-167 at 7320, 7446.75, 7451.5, 7487.25, 7523.75, 7618, 7628 and 7724.5MHz. Example image below.

There was one ~9MHz wideband transponder/signal at 7320MHz from USA-167.

Here's USA-167's S-band TT&C on SGLS 12 (2257.5MHz). Data +/- 1.024MHz.

Apparently the US military has published some details on the structure of the SHF telemetry of the DSCS III satellites including C source code! apps.dtic.mil/dtic/tr/fullte… @ea4gpz @KN4QGM

Found another paper that provides details on the size and rate of the data of the beacon(s). 61 K bits in length at 1 K bps. So 62.464s cycle which appears to agree with my observations. articles.adsabs.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/nph-ia…
