BREAKING: Prosecutors have announced that the investigation into the death of #JavierAmbler has expanded and will now include possible evidence tampering charges relating to the destruction of "Live PD" video.

UPDATE: In response to the expanded investigation, Sheriff Chody released a lengthy response to Dick about questions Dick raised via email Thursday. "I am an independently elected official just as you and don't answer to your demands just because you are upset," he wrote.
Chody: "You and your office continue to work against WSCO for what I believe to be political purposes. I suspect you will be next in line for my resignation, initiate an investigation on me, if you already haven't, or this email will end up on an anti-WSCO social media account."
Dick's email included questions such as who was the sheriff's liaison with Live PD, how producers were typically contacted, and why Live PD host Dan Abrams said on national TV that Chody contacted the show's lawyers to "let them know the investigation ended."
