Emperor Haile Selassie on the battlefield fighting for Ethiopia!
On December 6th Fascist bombers dropped over 40 bombs on Dessie.
Haile Selassie manned an Oerlikon anti-aircraft gun, aimed the barrel, & fired until his arms shook with fatigue

When the bombing was over, the Italians had killed 43 people.
A mother & her 2 small children were blown to bits on a road.
200 people were wounded.
The Italians specifically targetted the Red Cross & destroyed the medical centers to prevent any wounded from being treated.
Italians added insult to the massacre.
One of the Fascist pilots dropped a bottle holding a note that read:
"Long live Italy, long live the Duce....Greetings to the Negus. Ask him if he has digested his biscuits."
By biscuits, the pilot meant bombs....
Haile Selassie dismounted from the Oerlikon, its metal hot from firing.
The Emperor drafted a telegram to the League of Nations alerting them of the Italian war crimes.
He then put on a cloak & went to be among his people & visit the wounded.
Haile Selassie ordered all the unexploded bombs to be piled in front of the consulate building & defiantly posed for a photograph.
The world would know the vicious nature of the Fascists & their complete disregard for human life.
All praise to the Emperor
