Attorneys for #BreonnaTaylor's family have just filed a massive request for evidence in her wrongful death lawsuit. I'll thread some of it here. For example, they again want information about now fired #LMPD Officer Brett Hankison allegedly disappearing after the shooting.

And they want to know if any of the officers involved in the fatal shooting were given a drug and/or alcohol test.

Also in this new batch of docs are letters from the feds & FBI denying the release of evidence because of the ongoing investigation. The letters are written to LMPD's current chief.
"The federal investigation of this matter is ongoing, and no prosecutorial decision has been made"

Attorneys for #BreonnaTaylor's family have also requested "communications with US Postal inspectors and other government agencies regarding packages being sent to Breonna Taylor." This info was used to get warrant

Attorneys also requesting all information the Louisville Merit Board has on officers involved in the shooting. Remember, Hankison was on the board, elected three times by fellow officers. Had his own discipline case come up before board while a member

There are several requests related to @LMPD's no-knock warrant of Taylor's home, including "all documents, communications and other items (such as recordings via audio or video) that establish that the
officers gave notice of their identities and purpose before
entering"
