Are we expected to believe that:

1. CDA doesnt backdate notices. Pl see attached backdated notices issued by CDA last year to cover up for a demolition operation carried out in violation of S. 49C of the CDA Ordinance. In their rush to issue backdated notices, they forgot my

client's name and issued a backdated notice with the wrong name 😂 they ended up paying Rs. 5 lakh in compensation to my client (they still owe him the full amount of compensation). So please dont tell me you've "spoken" to the CDA. They lie like we breathe.

But still, I'll give them another chance to be honest. Did the Air Chief verbally make any such request to the CDA? Is there any such request in writing?

2. The story merited no response or clarification? I shared it because I know the agencies monitor my account & I sincerely believe we have a right to know. If he didnt do anything wrong, great. But he has to answer just like everyone else.

3. I am sorry IF the story is untrue but:
a. I didnt create the original post;
b. I never said it was true;
c. An issue of public imp was raised & we have every right to ask qs abt it.

I genuinely still do not believe we are being told the whole truth. & I still have questions

When did the Air Chief buy the F-7/3 property? How close in time is the purchase to the 9 June 2020 notice being issued? Surely, since the story has been in the public domain, some info on the same should have been provided for context & clarity by those in power.

Just because the properties may not share a boundary wall does not automatically mean that he did NOT make the request. We will not know until we ask & when we ask or even JOKE, we are accused of misleading.

But registering fake cases & references is certainly not misleading.

Oh and which of these two clarifications is true? @NasimZehra's or @javerias' because their tweets are contradictory. So did the CDA just get caught in another lie? If the construction began in March 2019, how was the first notice issued many years back?
