Here’s some real information about public servants’ salaries in the Palestinian Authority. Bear with me:

A civil engineer working for the government makes a monthly salary of 580$.
A deputy minister makes aprox 1200$.
The basic salary for a judge is 1,800$.

Here’s how it works with Palestinian terrorists who were convicted of murdering Israeli citizens:

In the first 3 years of imprisonment the terrorist will recive a monthly salary of 400$;
In the following 2 years the salary raises to 580$ per month.

After that, every 5 years the convicted terrorist will see a raise of 580$.
If you’ve murdered many and got a longer jail time, after 30 years the monthly pay reaches its highest point - 3,500$.
More than the Supreme Court Chief Justice.

For instance, Abdullah Bargouti, a Hamas operative, was found guilty in murdering 66 Israelis.
In 2003 he was sentenced to 67 life sentences (the longest imprisonment penalty in Israeli judicial history).
In 2015 it was revealed that over the years the PA paid him aprox 75K$.

A society in which convicted murderers are being paid more than teachers, police officers or judges, has a very fundamental problem.
