Thanks to those who have the courage to speak out and reveal their stories. This is probably the only way to clean up a dehumanized world of work.
In my first job in architecture, I was confronted with a violent, mysoginistic and discriminating managers. I have faced it, and I know the threats and pressures that we can receive (and worse for women).
I saw and suffered violent things from a company managed by humiliation. It was 2 years of conflicts. I swore to myself that I would never do this to anyone.
I know that a job can be a fulfilling world. But not with the old and current methods.
The world of work must be rethought upside down. Take the time to express and listen to what needs to change. It is hard, it requires a lot of courage for those who are under authoritarian management.

Schools and compagny should be a safe place for everyone, not the opposite. I know it's a naive wish, but talking about problems, it is already a first step for lot of us. Society is too used to its own violence.
In any case, if you too are seeking to build a world with more love and care, you are not alone.
I deeply wish you to be fulfilled and happy in your daily life as I am now after ten years to build a safe zone of work and life.
