Lee Ufan was born in Haman, Gyeongnam in 1936 and spent his childhood in Busan. He led a theory and a practice of Monoha which is a significant art movement of Japan.

The Art Space where RM visited was designed by Lee Ufan himself. It was opened on April 10, 2015 and it took 5 years to complete the space!
