Almost a dozen partygoers have been fined after attending an illegal house party in Melbourne's south-west in a blatant breach of stage three COVID-19 restrictions.
A video posted on social media platform Snapchat, obtained by 9News, shows a group of people 2/3
partying at an apartment in Point Cook on Saturday night.
The video displays partygoers dancing to music, with disco lights illuminating the property.
