The Bristol @leder_team have really not shone in the last 5 years either. Battered by repeated @NHSEngland shenanigans and worse.
So. Hard hat time tomorrow. And after trawling through the early responses to Connor's death yesterday, I make a plea for some integrity and honesty.
Recognise people have died (I know). Own the repeated failings. Commit to effective action and stop cloaking this stuff in secrecy. #WeSeeYou
