There’s not a shred of truth to that statement the problem is a police report is not a trial, a conviction or even really a charge. It’s the opinion of some
Asshole cop who writes the most salacious report possible, As an excuse to explain why they sent 40 SWAT members to serve civil papers - on a man with no criminal history - who’s never been arrested or charged with a crime, who is disabled, but who you really want to embarrass.
And how far does that go until innocent until proven guilty. For six months there was nothing but that statement regarding my keys publicly available if I read that about somebody I probably believe it the problem is it never happened it wasn’t true.
