right when the performance starts, jin walks out from their initial starting position & pulls this move off so smoothly.
it's basic knowledge that every great dancer has immense control over each part of their body, therefore, making every move look smooth
although it's a very small detail - jin is naturally good at popping & locking.
last time when we talked abt his ability to carry out sharp moves & then fall into smooth motion.
again, he's doing this perfectly
his powerful walk + stage presence is enough to make your eyes stay glued to him.
i remember a korean tv host show said that many people couldn't help but focus on seokjin & wait for his parts during their live performances. understandable.
+ as always, expressions are on point
can we just take a moment to talk abt how seokjin executes this move so slowly, gracefully & delicately with those vocals.

first of all, seokjin is like 179cm tall & the way he basically folds his knees but still manages to stand all the way up right on beat, right on time.
when his chest expands + when he moves his head in the air in both directions in a continuous way.
fake love choreo is one of their hardest choreos, so it's tiring + requires a lot of effort. he's doing all of this very smoothly, & again his control is amazing
a lot to unpack here - he hits his upper body on the left side right on the beat, you can tell he's really into it.
jin rolls his shoulders at the end & then turns his body smoothly. his shoulders are definitely a strength in terms of dancing.
center seokjin for the win.
this is one of my favorite parts of the choreo bec there's a lot going on & jin's moves are just powerful.
he's just doing the choreo perfectly like he always does, but it really shows how angsty(?)/powerful bts choreos suit him perfectly.
his stage presence is absolutely INSANE. pair it up with his facial expressions + that model walk, and we get main dancer kim seokjin.
he walked like he had a job to do, and he did it. perfectly.
+ also, notice the head bang he does at the beginning of the dance move
i can tell the audience can really feel the anticipation with this part of the choreo.
let's not forget seokjin has a degree in acting and so he's completely in character here, he looks at his hands with emotion & expression, not once looking at the audience. he's charismatic
the lyrics at the end are, "I grew a flower that can’t be bloomed in a dream that can’t come true",
but you didn't need to read that to tell the song is abt something painful bec of the aura he gives off at the end.
he executes this part flawlessly with his expressions.
seokjin's talent in acting definitely gives a boost to his stage presence, making him stand out in a performance. he completely adopts the character. it makes the performance beautiful to watch.
