Events today are making me see the next important angles for @thorchain_org community.

2) The network is designed to incentivize 2 participants: node operators and liquidity providers. Each will receive rewards for their contribution in the network.

It’s very likely that node operators will and should be operating their own satellite teams.

3) Although the noise we’ve been making has been great for exposure, my recent post has proven that effective tooling can drive confidence and exposure even further.

4) Node operators will be incentivized to fund teams / initiatives — and they may or may not work with community. But if I had to pick talent, I’d probably want to engaged with qualified pro-THORChain community talent.

5) As the project becomes a self-sustaining entity, today’s investors will be tomorrow’s architects. And with sustainability of profits in mind, they’ll focus on the goals that drive the project forward.

6) This will be great for the project as nodes will find ways to innovate things from their own individual angles. The community however will need to show their best strengths in order to help with growth.

7) These are the times where the community should be trying to organize itself to have the most positive impact on the decisions taken by those incentivized to move the project forward. They should also be developing skills to build an edge.

8) Therefore as of today I will likely adapt my community strategy to be more focused on the following:

- Tools (which can be marketing oriented)
- Dev-related matters
- Relationships

9) There is a multitude of goals to help solve, and the community should be taking initiative to help. I’ve outlined a bunch of ideas in the #THORMarketer initiative:

10) There are over 1,700 of my followers who are all capable. If we don’t scale out into role-based tribes and develop our specialties, then node operators will need to branch away outside of community for talent. They’ll be incentivized to invest, will you be the next funded?

11) I know that I can be if I want to, and I know you could too. Find your edge and be the best you could be.
