Kenya records MORE than 100 registered Political Parties. The more the number, the more undemocratic. Political contests in KE reduced to TWO HORSE RACE. Why not regulate democratic space to only TWO POLITICAL Parties to fit the TWO HORSES race narrative?

Art 81(b) of CoK is cardinal to bridge gender imbalance in GoK. Parliament violated the Constitution for failure to meet the threshold necessary for it’s composition. Its continued operation is UNCONSTITUTIONAL & recipe for chaotic legal justice system in KE. 4/7

Kenyans need to review whether 3 levels of ELECTIVE representation created by CoK at the Senate, NA & CA serve WANJIKU. Art 1(4), 6, & 176 of CoK renders NA UNCONSTITUTIONAL, COSTLY & UNNECESSARY duplication which shld b scrapped to save tax payers money. 5/7
