Ill add some points to this.

1. They said that a 'Silk' sheet was found around his neck. Silk material is not bound to carry heavy weight for longer. Also, the noose from a silk material, will not cause such deep heavy thick mark on the neck, unless done by heavy pressure.

2. The cause of death was "Asphyxia", a term that is used to define Mechanical compression with blood vessels in the neck which causes a reduction in oxygenation of the brain, which leads to cerebral hypoxia, anaerobic metabolism, & effects of cardiac arrest in brain.

3. The blood knot on the neck can be caused by stimulation by mechanical compression of neck structures like the Carotid Sinus - a small arterial enlargement located near the point in neck where either of the carotid artery divides.

4. They did not find any Finger prints. Because choking can be done by using the arm chokeholds too ( a judo style hold).
In the video, @savethesaviours has pointed out the face marks and about the blood knot on the left side of the neck.

5. Compression of jugular veins, with low to no arterial flow, results in raised intravascular pressure in head and facial congestion.

Hence, the bump in the head and the congestion marks on the face.

6. The blood knot is a 'Petechiae'. It is a medical term, used to define small areas of vascular bleeding of a few mm in size form (exactly the size on SSR's neck) at the level of the pre capillary arteriole. Such a mark is almost impossible if one hangs oneself with silk sheet.

7.Petechiae can be formed by arm chokehold which makes one loose consciousness in less than 20 seconds. Apart frm Petechiae,the arm choke can also cause soft tissue haemorrhage & laryngeal fractures.Or raised venous pressure in the neck veins when trying to scream in obstruction.

8. The pressure required to obstruct various neck vessels is approximately as below :
✓Jugular vein 2kg
✓Carotid arteries 2.5 - 10kg
✓Airways 8 - 12kg
✓Vertebral arteries 35kg
✓Loss of consciousness by chokeholds - less than 15 to 20 seconds.

If we go by circumstantial prima facie body impression evidence,this is not death by hanging but by manual strangulat!on.

Three points that confirms the theory:

1. Bilateral skin trauma
2. Larynx injury (Petechiae)
3. No silk residue in SSR hands or fingers
4. No Eye Protrude.

My conclusion - Sushant singh Rajput's death is a close to 99% either homicidal hanging or Manual strangulation.
