#Samsung has come a long way since launching its first Galaxy-Series smartphone.

March 2010: Samsung launched the Galaxy S smartphone with a 4-inch AMOLED touchscreen, Google Android OS.
2011: Introduced the Galaxy SII & also introduced the Galaxy Note, a large screen phablet with a stylus support.
2012: Introduced pebble-inspired Galaxy S3 which included smart stay that keeps the screen from turning off if you are looking at it .
2013: Introduced the Galaxy S4 with improved features, design and hardware
2014: There came the Galaxy S5, Samsung first with a fingerprint sensor stacked under the home button &water and dust resilient.
2015: Galaxy S6-series with one of the variants that had curved edge display & wireless charging support.
2016: Galaxy S7-series which had a regular version with a regular flat screen and a curved edge version with a bigger screen estate.
2017: Came the Galaxy S8-series with infinity screen of tall aspect ratio and curved edge screen.
2018: The co. came up with Galaxy S9-series with variable aperture lens in the Plus variant.
The same year, the Galaxy Note9 was also introduced with Samsung Dex support that turns the phone to offer PC-like experience when connected with a TV or monitor with a HDMI cable.
2019: Came up with 3 Galaxy S10-series smartphones, with the Galaxy S10e being one of the best compact flagship smartphones of the year & with a 5.8-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, dual rear cameras with an ultra-wide-angle lens.
2020: #GalaxyNote20 is introduced which comes with a 6.90-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 pixels by 3200 pixels at a PPI of 508 pixels per inch.
