@airtelindia can chose to clarify this publicly without asking me to shoot a DM or they can choose to be silent and send me an automated message like you always used to do. I noticed reduced 4G speeds always and nothing seemed to improve. After a few days of..(1/n)

..constant calls and emails, their customer representative came on call and told me Puducherry doesn't have proper 4G network towers for Airtel and they are constructing the same and that's why there were network + data speed issues. Then today I received a message..(2/n)

...that you have upgraded 4G network and it will be much better. Then if you didn't have the necessary infra to deliver what was promised as a network provider, why did you charge us full for the whole past 1.5 to 2 years ? Why can't you have a proper customer support ?..(3/n)

...you don't even attend proper customer calls, send me improper automated replies in Twitter and in emails (I know that you are gonna shoot the same here too asking me to share concerns in DMs which go unanswered for ages - I have proofs of that too)..(4/n)

.. @Sri_Hxor I do think that your problem with Airtel syncs with this. Please do keep in mind that we are all long term users of Airtels without switching to other network providers. A basic customer support is the least you can do to your loyal customers(5/n)
