Welcome to Night 3 of our legislative focus week covering Missouri Small Businesses. Tonights topic is all about supporting our local small businesses here in the Northland!

I will be shouting out a number of favorite local businesses and I request that you do the same!

1. Friendly Bean Coffee

This local coffee shop has been around for over two decades and has their drive-thru open currently if you need a cup of joe.

2. Seva Cuisine of India

The BEST Indian cuisine in all the Northland and quite possibly in all of Kansas City. Such high quality and one of the cleanest restaurants you’ll ever go to. Ownership is so personable and truly cares for their customers.

3. Yogurtini - Shoal Creek

Yes, this is a franchised business but our local Shoal Creek location is exceptional. They were recently featured for Black Restaurant Week and are locally owned and operated. Craving dessert? Check them out!

@bbtheatres - KC Northland 14

This also isn’t a small business but it’s definitely local. B&B Theatres is locally owned and has become one of the largest movie theatre companies in America. I’m so proud of the Bagby family, and only see movies at B&B! bbtheatres.com/northland-14/s…

My Xuyen- Vietnamese Cafe

This small business resides in the mighty 15th House District but we accept them as honorary #Team16 members. The best Vietnamese food in the Northland, the owner is a Vietnam Veteran and his family operates the restaurant.
