Two days later & USCIS still hasn't updated its website on injunctions, so it's still telling people they don't have to worry about the #PublicCharge rule if they postmark an application now.

And as of this moment, USCIS has scrubbed its website of the dreaded I-944, a monster of a form that the public charge rule imposes on all green card applicants.
If the rule applies now at all. Which it *could* (outside of NY/CT/VT)...but does it?
