Spano becomes 8th Congressman to lose his party's nomination this year.
Spano joins fellow House Republican incumbents King-IA, Riggleman-VA, Tipton-CO and Watkins-KS ,and Democrats Clay-MO, Lipinski- IL and Engel-NY in losing their party's nomination this year.
