How do the #NephJC pros follow a twitter chat?
They use Tweetdeck.com
When you launch Tweetdeck for the first time you will need to add a search column. Press the “+” and select the magnifying glass.
Then add “#NephJC” into the search field.
Then move that column all the way to the left by opening the settings panel (equal sign with two circles on it) and then press the “<“ to move the column to the left.
The last step is to make sure the compose window stays open by checking this box
