They really, really do. The Federalist just last year printed an op-ed (that they later had to write a “mea culpa” for) that basically said, “If you die cuz your Fallopian tube explodes well at least you can die knowing you didn’t get an abortion, girl!”

Anti-abortion A-holes literally don’t care if people die as long as they can push their message that the worst thing in the world is abortion. They’ll never acknowledge all the times abortion is *obviously* necessary.
We could go all day about the “science” they make up: a fake link between abortion and cancer, banning the safest second-trimester procedure because they don’t like it, using the phrase “abortion until birth” like that makes any effing sense. ama-assn.org/delivering-car…
