plan. There is no law saying the entire EC must vote, nor is there any provision for delaying their vote. Thus, if Trump’s lawyers throw enough races into turmoil, and Biden can’t get to 270, and we still lack a majority of state delegations in House (we trail 26 … 2/4
to 22 with two splits), then Trump wins.
If Biden can’t get 270, we MUST pick up those two spit delegations + 1. Otherwise, House GOP picks @POTUS. If the delegations tie, then the Sen. picks the VP who then becomes @POTUS (probably Pence) if and until the House … 3/4

It’s way ugly, but hey, as I’ve been saying, our Constitution has always been a mess. We’re just learning how big a mess now.

@POTUS And this is why it’s vital we pick up every winnable House seat, and hold many of the Red seats we picked up in 2018. (Remember, some of those races were razor thin wins.) Even so, it’s going to be very hard to ensure a Delegation majority.

@POTUS clerk is not exactly rocket science. If needed, they throw him/her under the bus, exposing their “corrupt intent,” and the ensuing legal battle delays that state certifying the election, withholding their EC delegates.
