Who killed it? You did.
But you can revive it!

Unfortunately, our culture takes advantage of that.
You're constantly having to deal with distractions, negativity, and other things which kill your productivity.
Here are 5 things you can work on to bring that zombie back to life:

Now, let's begin:

1) Reduce notifications
If your notifications on your phone and computer are always on...
Then you're shooting your productivity in the face.
You may THINK it's not distracting.
But I promise you, it is.
Turn off your notifications while working on something.

2) Get more sleep
I know what you're thinking:
"I hear that all the time"
Let me put it to you this way:
One night of poor sleep can make you as impaired as being over the driving legal limit for alcohol.
Drive sober, work sober. Get more sleep.

3) Don't multitask
The biggest lie you tell yourself is that you can multitask.
Your brain is the most complex object in the known universe.
But it's not a computer. It can't multitask.
Instead, it SWITCHES between tasks.
Each switch is a huge drain on mental energy.

4) Eat fewer meals/snacks with less carbs
The diet of a typical person has two major problems:
1) too many carbs
This causes those midday crashes you're familiar with.
2) too many meals/snacks
This causes fatigue since your body is constantly digesting.

5) Schedule your time
If you're not scheduling your time, you're wasting time.

Basically, you're unproductive because you don't know what to work on.
