As all of us know that we are living in a democratic country and by the virtue of its Constitution every one of us have a Right To Express our agreement or disagreement on any issue/topic without the thinking..

It's always been a tradition that a banker carries a diary. And in old times that diary contained
more emotions than to do list or appointments. But in this journey to evolve we have
somehow lost the expression of emotions part and...

now the diary is full of customers' names, appointments, targets etc.
Some of our fellow bankers have kept that torch ablazed and are expressing their heart out on
the issues which are of grave concern to the fraternity but with a limited reach. At the same time..

some of us have lost in mid way. It's not like they have surrendered, every1 of us have the
enthusiasm & interest but we also have to agree that there could be a million reasons to hold
back our pen. Maintaining anonymity, time constraints it could be anything.

To cater all these issues we would like to present a dedicated handle to all the writers among us who are ready to express their views, ideas, info and knowledge so that it has a greater reach & masses can be benifitted out of it.
