Biden says Trump "is stoking violence in our cities"
Biden: "I want to make it absolutely clear ... rioting is not protesting, looting is not protesting, setting fires is not protesting."
"All of this is lawlessness, plain and simple."
Says people who do it should be "prosecuted."
BIDEN: "Ask yourself, do I look like a radical socialist with a soft spot for rioters?"
Biden: "Donald Trump sees this violence and sees a political lifeline."
Biden: "These are not images of some imagined Joe Biden's America. These are images of Donald Trump's America today."
Biden says during Obama administration, they didn't view cities as "Democrat or Republican-run"
"These are American cities. But Trump doesn't see himself as president for all of America."
Biden says more cops have died of COVID this year than have died on patrol.
"Do you really feel safer under Trump?"
Biden: "Trump took a good economy and drove it back into the ditch."
Biden in Pennsylvania: "I am not banning fracking. No matter how many times Donald Trump lies about me."
Biden: "Donald Trump has been a toxic presence in our country for four years."
"Will we rid ourselves of this toxin or will we make it a permanent part of our nation's character?"
