Nick Moutos, an assistant attorney general for Texas, has been using Twitter to:

1) push QAnon and Pizzagate conspiracy theories;
2) send violent threats; and

Here are some of Moutos' tweets encouraging violence against Black Lives Matter:

Moutos -- again, he's a Texas assistant attorney general -- is also an anti-Muslim and anti-LGBTQ bigot who has tweeted that places are "overrun with Muslims" and said that people "should use" the ACLU for "target practice" because they support transgender rights.

In response to a request for comment about Moutos' remarks, a spokesperson for Texas' Office of the Attorney General told @mmfa: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re looking into the matter and will address it as appropriate."

Re: QAnon, h/t to @AlKapDC for previously documenting in his QAnon congressional candidates piece that Moutos expressed support for the violence-linked conspiracy theory: mediamatters.org/qanon-conspira…

UPDATE: Nick Moutos has been fired.
