Hearing begins.

Senior Counsel KG Raghavan informs Court of NLAT, 2020 and that the exam will be conducted on Sept 12.

But it doesn't really affect the hearing, but there is a time limit now, Raghavan says.

Advocate CK Nandakumar concurs to the submissions.

Aditya Narayan submits that CLAT was postponed to Sept 28 and in this light, NLSIU had no choice but to hold separate entrance examinations.

It will be difficult for us to dispose it off by Sept 11. We will pass an interim order to bring certainity in the matter, we will strike a balance, bench.
