Epic rant @DanielDumbrill, congrats on the 100k, and looking forward to the Xinjiang video. One topic that I would be interested to hear more of is the missing evidence if there is in fact a genocide happening in XJ. My thoughts below.

What would you do if you were being persecuted for your religion or race? Run!
Therefore, if there is a large scale persecution of Uyghurs, with 1m in camps already, then I would expect a majority of the population to be seeking refugee status in neighbouring muslim countries.

This map clearly shows that there are few refugee camps in the 4 countries directly bordering XJ. Most of those are refugees from Afghanistan. The bottom right of the map also shows a bunch of refugee camps near Myanmar, i.e. from the Rohingya genocide.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rohingya_…

Stats from that genocide:
- 1m+ total population of Rohingyans in Rakhine, Myanmar
- 24k+ killed
- 671k+ refugees (mostly in Bangladesh)

Using these ratios, and assuming there are in fact 1m Uyghurs killed or in camps, all Uyghurs should be refugees.

Such a large scale human migration and refugee crisis would not be possible to hide, either from satellite tracing or pictures at the borders.

I haven't seen such evidence.

Other evidence expected if genocide was happening:
- cutting off of communication and internet access.
- removal of any Uyghur identifiers in public to hide identity.

I still see many restaurants advertising themselves as XJ or Uyghur cuisine around China.

Conclusion:

No genocide, but it's possible that there are individual cases of abuse (as can happen anywhere in the world).

Happy to change my mind if and when more supporting evidence can be presented.
