The Cuyaba dwarf frog(Physalaemus nattereri) has two markings on it's butt that look like "fake eyes". It inflates itself to look bigger than it is and if that doesn't scare off predators the small microglands below the spots have enough poison to kill 150 mice. Killer frog booty
It can't kill humans but touching the glands and then your skin or eyes will sting you or fuck you up for a bit. Basically they use the poison as a way to get away from predators. They try to inflate to resemble snakes to fool their predators into looking the other way.
