The ballot needs to be "finalized", approved by a court before going to voters. Right now, Pa. Democrats are saying the Green Party didn't do the necessary work to ensure their Presidential and VP candidates should be on the ballot.
No exact word on what's next in the case.

"No. I’m not nervous. It is common to have ballots delayed by court cases and other things," Mary Beth Kuznik tells me. Kuznik is Elections Manager in Armstrong County and tells me delays like this are pretty common and the courts typically know to be quick with these decisions.
