Following are translations of some "ambiguities" and "questions" noted by the BBC Persian report on #NavidAfkari
"In his last contact with his family, he said: 'I have 10-15 injuries on my body. They came from the Medical Examiner’s Office and took pictures and investigated.'”
Iranian law requires that prisoners and their families be informed of an execution at least 48 hours in advance.
BBC Persian report on #NavidAfkari: "However, no one was informed in advance, according to eyewitnesses and Navid Afkari’s family."

"An eyewitness close to the Afkari family told the BBC Persian Service that when Navid’s body was handed to his relatives they were only allowed to see his face which showed his nose was broken."
Fars Province authorities said #NavidAfkari was executed “on the insistence of the victim's family."

Yet Navid's life was hurridely taken anyway.
The important questions raised by @BBCpersian are all in ADDITION to #NavidAfkari's own pleas for a review of his case before he was suddenly killed.

Context is extremely important when considering the Iranian case against the wrestler and street protester #NavidAfkari.
Those targeted by the state are denied due process while the state smears them publicly without allowing them the chance to respond.
Some of many questions we want answered about #NavidAfkari:
1) Given all the reasons we've mentioned above, why was Navid not allowed a case review before he was hurriedly killed?
2) Why did the state not follow protocol if he was indeed executed and not killed?
