The tetanus, diphteria and acellular pertussis shot contains 300-330 mcg of #aluminum depending on manufacturer. Unless you get stabbed in the toe by a rusty nail covered in cattle or horse feces you most likely don't need to panic about it. 2/
Colostridium tetani does not live on your kitchen knife or the nails you bought from the hardware store. Tetanus bacteria is anaerobic, which means it survives in areas lacking oxygen. It can not survive in oxygen-rich environment. It is important that you let the wound bleed. 3/

The #tetanus shot is not only ineffective. It is unnecessary. Did you know that the vaccine takes about 3 weeks to establish adequate antibody levels. 4/
If you indeed have been exposed to #tetanus, you wouldn't survive that long. Symptoms develop within hours, so forget about the shot. Getting the tetanus immunoglobulin and NOT the TdaP vaccine would be more appropriate.
