Received on Whatsapp. A Hindu woman in Rauzan,Chittagong,Bangladesh, howling over her house, set on fire by Jamatis, still burning. Not at all an atypical scene.
What fate awaits the Hindus in West Bengal?
TWIPPLE AND FOLLOWERS, NOTE THIS TWEET OF MINE CAREFULLY
Day before yesterday I received a notice from <twitter legal> on email to the effect that some government agency has complained that this tweet “violates the laws of India”. No prizes for guessing who could have made such a complaint, and why.
Twitter Legal seem to have merely
followed their stated policy. In fact they had empathized with me and said that this may be an unsettling experience.
I have taken competent legal advice and given a pointed reply to them. I also wish to assure twitter Legal that I am not the least bit unsettled. The reply
is really quite simple and I want to bring it to the notice of twipple and my followers for their information:
First I flatly deny the allegation.
Secondly,”the Laws of India” are not something contained in a single sheet of paper. They are,in fact,an ocean. Unless the
complainant tells me exactly which section of which law I have violated,it is impossible to answer the complaint.
That said,JUST LOOK AT THE MEANNESS! What I did was to try to show to the world a horrible case of Human Rights violation and its possible implications in
West Bengal. Obviously this has hurt someone’s scheme of vote bank politics, and this is how low they are stooping, trying to resist it!
Shame,shame,shame!
