NEW: DNI Ratcliffe reverses course, says he'll brief the House and Senate Intelligence Committees on election security threats. But...

He will not brief the full House and Senate.

Rubio/Warner have already welcomed this. But unclear if House Dems will be satisfied. They've previously argued that all members must be armed equally to deal with election threats that their constituents may face.

PELOSI previously demanded that Ratcliffe not only brief the intel committees but also the full House and Senate speaker.gov/sites/speaker.… >>>

Recall that in the immediate aftermath of Ratcliffe's initial decision, Trump allies — including Ratcliffe's predecessor — hailed it as an important move to prevent alleged leaks by House Intel Democrats.

Now House Intel Dems have the have the same access as before.
