This was a picture I took of the sun. It was “flashing”, doing its belly dance in the sky for anyone willing to tune in and be present.

What is happening now is not new, it’s merely a progression of what has been happening for years as our Sun

2- is going through its transformation as a living being in the same likeness you, I and Gaia exist in.

Solar activity had slowed the last year and has now picked up again since May. We are in a new cycle of evolution, all new light frequencies/ codes seeding our Earth and our

3- bodies. This picture from 2018 did not do the sun any justice. I was using a very old iPhone with limited camera abilities. The sun, as it was flashing / undulating went from its yellow orange color to fire red. I have many posts about the sun over the years as it’s been and

4- continues to to be part of our evolutionary journey.

Our transformation is best served as an observer of all, allowing information to be revealed through our ability to be present. When we are not present and we hold expectation of something, anything, we shift into

5- attachment to it’s outcome. Attachment brings pain & suffering.

Be present, see how you are now more aware than you were two years ago and rejoice in your higher awareness. There is no right or wrong in the higher timeline of 5D, it just is and the “is” is filled with love.

6- See everything through the eyes of a child filled with awe and appreciation and stop trying to figure it out because when we are “searching” for truth, an answer etc we are never present in this moment now and in order to receive we must be present.

Being in flow with all

7- that is presenting is how we do it. When we are in flow, present & observing all we are in alignment with our universe. The path becomes one of ease & grace.
