as mission manhattan comes to an end, i have a lot of emotions but i have to say something publicly that i have been holding back. in 2017, we hired an HR company because we heard rumors about a kitchen staff member sexualy harassing and abusing other employees.

after an investigation, HR found out that not only had this employee been abusing multiple female staff members, but the person who hired him, who was his close friend, had been hiding this information for months. The person who hid all this information, was Angela Dimayuga.

She had hired him because they had been friends from working at a former restaurant together. According to our bookkeeper, at their former job, it was already a known fact that this man was a sexual abuser. Angela hired him despite this known fact because they were close friends.

After the investigation by HR, when Danny and the rest of the owners of Mission were made aware of this man's behavior, we forced Angela to fire him. After multiple meetings, we came to the conclusion since Angela hid the information from the owners, she also had to be fired.

A few hours before the meeting, another employee tipped Angela off that she was about to be fired. Angela then posted a lengthy instagram post pretending to resign. Shortly after, she wrote a lengthy article pushing the blame and abuse on Danny.

We were in discussions with a PR firm in how to correct the inaccuracies in Angela's account when we were hit with a massive racial discrimination lawsuit. The lawsuit was brought against Mission, but the people named in it were the sexual harrasser that Angela had hired

and the general manager that was Angela's friend who she had also hired. Danny was never named as a perpetrator of the racial discrimination or sexual harassment. unknown to the public,

he didn't even know that this was going on in the restaurant since Angela was hiding it from him to protect her friends.

a few weeks ago, a number of former employees of mission chinese reached out to me with their accounts of working with angela dimayuga. they were angered by her recent instagram post alleging things they found to be untruthful.

in her post she alleges danny sexually harassed her and other female staff members. a former manager came forward to tell me that while working at mission chinese, angela regularly joked about accusing danny of sexual misconduct to "take him down".

even making jokes about how he grabbed my (his ex-wife's) ass in front of staff as something she could use to sue him. the former manager told me they thought it was all a joke but now are realizing angela was serious all along.

a fake accusation that cannot be rebutted to be used to take him down.

all the former staff members i spoke to told me they wanted to remain anonymous because they feared retaliation and they specifically said that they were afraid that she constantly talks about being close to members of the media.

i personally find it truly disturbing that not only did angela harbor a sexual predator because he was her friend, but when gossip started about the poor working conditions, she twisted the story to make it seem like the perpetrator was danny and the victim was her.

its disturbing because there are a large number of actual victims who were hurt because of the actions of her friend and her. the gossip you are hearing about the poor working conditions were caused by angela knowingly hiring a sexual predator

and then hiding his actions from the owners. this lie about her innocence when she was the main person at fault is disturbing, but follows a string of abhorrent and self-serving lies that i will address shortly.

i know this is fucking dramatic and sounds petty but i have been living under this shit for 3 years now and honestly i am sad about mcf but also relieved i get to die clean. the pr firm told us that if you're dealing with a liar, you never know what will escalate their lies so

its best to let them fizzle out. meaning that this post is definitely going to cause her to escalate. but all i can do is tell the truth. and in the face of relentless falsehoods, i will just keep telling the truth. and honestly it doesnt matter if anyone believes the truth,

because i get to sleep easy.
