Siguiendo el precedente establecido con la nominación de Merrick Garland, el Presidente Trump debería abstenerse de proponer un candidato a la SCOTUS hasta pasadas las elecciones presidenciales, para sustituir a RBG.
Ya aclararon los Republicanos que sí votarán por la nominación a Justice de la SCOTUS que presente Trump.
