3. This glorious warship has defined Indian Naval aviation for decades. Armed with her Sea Harrier jump jets, she projected Indian Naval power out into the Indian Ocean in a way no other ship could.
4. Equally, a sad day for the @RoyalNavy . Viraat served as HMS Hermes, winning the British the Falkland Islands War. Her death at the hands of metal-cutters is tragic.
