Kiel worked as an Aide to then California Attorney General Harris.and while working in the office, was charged along with 3 others with impersonating police officers .

10. Police charged Kiel with 6 misdemeanor counts of impersonating a police officer, misuse of government identification. Henry was booked for perjury under oath, impersonating an officer, and Hayes was charged with 4 counts of impersonating an officer.

While the Alameda Co. Deputy District Attorney, Harris started her political career as a publicly known "sex handmaiden" of powerful, corrupt, and demonic San Francisco politician, Willie Brown.
14. Brown was a married man, with a wife and 4 children, and Harris' intimate connections to him gave her a step up to the San Francisco District Attorney's Office.
15. In 2010, SF Weekly’s failed attempts to obtain office’s files on Roman Catholic clergy abuse under the state Public Records Act suggested the then San Francisco DA Kamala Harris favored deliberate concealment over transparency.

17. Cardinal William Levada was archbishop of the San Francisco Diocese until 2005. In San Fran, Levada was known as a "key architect" of the church’s practice of keeping abuse allegations secret, protecting abusive priests, and punishing church whistle-blowers.
18. DA Harris possessed San Francisco Archdiocese files containing details of how the church dealt with pedophile priests that go back as far as 80 years. But, Harris refused to release anything as if she had a blanket secrecy privilege.
