Vishveshvara: Lord of the Universe; Vishwa=Universe; Ishvara=Lord/ Controller
Mahaadeva=Great God; Maha=great; Deva: God(Demi-Gods); Great one among the class of Suras, Devas, and other Angelic beings.
Trayambakaaya: Three-eyed one; One with the third eye of omniscience.
Tripurantakaaya: He who ends the layered (Physical, Astral, Casual) manifestation.
Trikaalaagni-Kaala: He who ends the three (Past, Present, Future) fold existence of Time.
Kaalaagni: Fire/Energy of Death/Death
Rudraaya: The violent one
Nilakanta: He whose neck is Blue, the whole existence which is blue is part of his self
Mrityunjaya: He who's has conquered the Lord of Death; Deathless one
Sarveshvara: Lord of All beings
Sadashiva: He whose is of the nature of Consciousness and bliss, He who is the essence of all creation, yet untouched by it
Sriman: Respected
