Per Trump’s executive order, the DOJ has so far identified the following 3 cities to be allowing violence and property destruction:
- Portland
- New York City
- Seattle
These cities have also refused to take reasonable measures to try to stop the violence and destruction.
Here’s the DOJ’s criteria for their determinations, such as banning Police from doing their jobs, withdrawing Police, and defunding Police.
New York City:
July and August 2020 saw shootings increase 177% and 166% respectively.
$1 BILLION was defunded from NYPD’s budget
NYC canceled new Police recruiting class & cut spending
*NYC transferred SCHOOL SAFETY out of the NYPD*

Obama had a program to keep school students from being reported to police, which resulted in the Parkland shooting.
Manhattan and Brooklyn District Attorneys, who are supposed to be pro law enforcement, have not been prosecuting protest-related charges.
Both Governor Cuomo and Mayor DeBlasio have “forcefully rejected law enforcement support.”
Portland:
100 straight nights of rioting
Rioters attacked numerous Police
Shootings increased 140% June & July 2020 over 2019
Portland City Council defunded $15 Million from Police
Cut 84 positions incl the Gun Violence Reduction Team!
Portland Mayor Wheeler rejected help
Seattle:
Allowed rioters to seize 6 blocks for abt a month (CHAZ & CHOP)
Police & Firemen were banned from these areas
Seattle Police abandoned their precinct
Crime in CHOP area increased 525% over last year
2 teens were shot & killed there
Both Mayor & Gov rejected help
