Logic 1:
The 2017 decision was by majority bench of the Supreme Court, not a CJ decision, the President moved on, Grand Mullah shd let the matter rest😨

Logic 2:
On #DissolveParliament, only CJ advisory under Art. 261(7) MATTERS. Not even AG is solicited. Which CONSTITUTIONAL office does GM purport to operate frm as he delivers his twisted opinion to the President? Arguing with the Constitution, kicks in Art. 2(4). SILENCE pls!😷

Logic 3:
The office of the CJ is a creature of the Constitution under Chap. 10. Grand Mullah displays high level legal retardation & out of context to suggest that CJ offered Courier SERVICES as "messenger". An advisory under Art. 261(7) requires intellectual input & reasoning!

Logic 4:
CJ advisory to the President is not a LOVE letter. It is a GUIDED MISSILE with no abort button & no RTS. The target MUST be decimated entirely. No love business going on here. GM shd Stop PREMATURE EJACULATIONS. CJ advisory is finito & no APPEAL!

Logic 5:
The President can only violate the Constitution in choosing GM opinion.
As an advocate of the high Court, Grand Mullah shd get a copy of ruling by Mwita J in Petition No. 19 of 2017. The Hon. Judge addressed "other measures" available to address Gender Principle.

Logic 6:
Integrating GENDER quota system within political parties NOMINATION PROCESSES is a good read &way to go. G. Mullah, be fair to yourself &be a good legal student! President has Constitutional OBLIGATION to #DissolveParliament at the advice of the CJ @dkmaraga. Art 261(7)

If President #DissolveParliament, the aim is to cure noncompliance with the Constitution. There's no VOID in law! The @IEBCKenya is under instructions from KENYANS to ensure electoral processes undertaken to reconstitute Parliament under Art. 101(4, 5) & 261(8) comply...

Kenyaness is strange! You disobey Constitution, they berate you. You obey the law, they think you're wrong! @makaumutua understand that @dkmaraga was moved by KENYANS under Art. 261(7). The consequences of Parliament going on with legislative functions while UNLAWFUL are dire!
