unconstitutional action in 2016 refusing to do the Senate’s duty of advice and consent should justify the constitutional right of a new 2021 Congress to add 4 new Supreme Court Judges. McConnell lowered the Court to 8 and now the Dems should make that move.

Court has been 9 members for a long time since we had 9 Federal Circuit Courts. There are now 13 Circuit Courts so increasing the number of Supreme Court justices to 13 makes sense. The 9th Circuit which includes California has 29 members, so bring it on McConnell. Besides, 3/
how representative is the Supreme Court where the nine Judges graduated from
only 2 law schools. Increasing the number of justices with a random selection for certain cases and en banc (full members) will eliminate the shopping and politicizing the Court.
Dems, get a 4/
backbone. There are more positives to this move than negative and certainly is better than clutching your pearls and waiting for 4 Republicans to have a conscience. That ain’t happening. 5/end
