Carlos says there are four material aspects. I need to file a response to those things, he says for the BMC.
Among other aspects, Carlos refers to a denial by Ranaut in her rejoinder that "there are not six men" who were found working on the property contrary to BMC's claims

Court says it can post the matter on Friday.
Chinoy says that the BMC's reply can be filed on Thursday and the hearing may be taken up on Friday.
Court adds that it may ask the State to clarify when the notice was issued and whether the demolition has taken place.
Chief Spokesperson of Shiv Sena, Sanjay Raut allowed to be joined as a party to the writ petition.
