Thoughts on new individual and institutional entrants to NFTland:
There are a couple of ways that one can start investing in NFTs today:
1, Directly buy NFTs
2, Invest capital in NFT projects
3, Invest in NFT related tokens
4, Invest in NFT Collections

Invest in NFTs:
NFTs are non-fungible, meaning that one NFT is not going to be the same as the next, even in art editions (early numbers = more value).
This is not like investing in BTC, ETH or some other DeFi Token.
There will be tastemakers and there will be lossmakers.

Invest in NFT Projects:
There are thousands of projects claiming to be the next big game or the next big platform.
Gems are 1 in a 1,000.
If I pre-seeded every single "good idea", i'd have alot of good ideas and a zero ETH account balance today.
Use case is Paramount.

Invest in NFT related Tokens:
One of my favorite things in the space:
Platform based governance tokens
New NFT oriented Blockchain tokens
NFT oriented Social Tokens
The tokenization of NFT projects and assets creates homogeneity that allows for simple investment strategy.

Invest in NFT Collections:
The simple fact is that just because you own a NFT, you may not moon with the total industry.
True Tastemakers in projects, artworks and collectibles will moon, while the majority will fade into obscurity.
Unless you have a time machine...
