As the last few days have underlined, this is the most important election of our lives. The first step in making sure your vote counts in November is by checking your registration! Every year, some ghoulish GOP legislature purges people from voting rolls on bullshit grounds.

Many of those same ghoulish state legislatures try to keep you from voting by placing registration deadlines *way* before Election Day. Find your state’s deadline here, and be sure you give yourself plenty of time to register.

After checking your registration, make sure your family and friends are registered, and volunteer to register others! You can do all of that – as well as donate to the @votesaveamerica Every Last Vote fund, which is registering people in key battlegrounds. votesaveamerica.com/everylastvote/

This election is about what kind of America we want to be. Don’t wake up on November 4th or whatever morning it is after we’ve finished counting ballots thinking you didn’t do everything you could. Be a voter. Save America.
