Overnight and this morning we are experiencing the last remnants of Tropical Storm #Beta. It has cleared the area & emergency operations for the city have been deactivated.

Some of the bayous are still full & streets are wet. So, I ask people to be careful this morning. 1/5

As of this morning, @houstonpolice have conducted 33 high-water rescues. @HoustonFire responded to 56 water rescues. 164 vehicles were towed as of midnight. Houstonians can find information about their towed vehicles at FindMyTowedCar.com. 2/5

Houstonians can report flood-related road debris, flashing traffic lights, & high-water spots by calling 311 at 713.837.0311 or email 311@houstontx.gov. Traffic light & power outages can be reported to CenterPoint at 713.207.2222.

METRO has resumed its normal operations. 3/5

I thank @HoustonOEM, @HoustonFire, @houstonpolice, @HouPublicWorks, @NeighborHOU, @HoustonTrash & our partners that helped prepare the city, monitor #TropicalStormBeta & respond to rescues & debris removal. 4/5

We are still in #HurricaneSeason, which runs through Nov. 30. I encourage #Houstonians to have a plan, in case another storm comes our way. 5/5
